The newly –designed interlocking production line of capsule and tablet is based on the technological characters of domestic interlocking production line of capsule and tablet .This interlocking production line is the latest one. It consists of wet high speed granulator ,wet mill , Fluidizing Dryer , dry mill , material conveyor ,Mixer and so on , and let each machine combine with each other effectively . It is widely used for the process steps before capsule and tabulating in the production line of capsule and tablet,also it is very hot for granulating .

The purpose of our engineer designing this line is to increase productivity, save labor. Meanwhile, the seal for this  production line is very good to avoid pollution, and dust –free is achieved during the whole production process. The advantage of the interlocking production line of capsule and tablet as bellow: The traditional process for granulating and drying is achieved in separated purifying room, and raw material should be transferred into many purifying rooms, and material can be polluted during the transferring stage. Compared with the traditional one, our newlydesigned production line of capsule and tablet can avoid the disadvanges the traditional production line had. Because the new production line can ensure drying and granulating process with the close system in the same purifying room as to avoid secondary pollution .it can make the whole production line much more scientific and reasonable. It can save space for the machine, and let production process more meet the requirement of GMP. The newly-designed interlocking production line of capsule and tablet gave more consideration on the matching performance to each equipment the system consisted. It can be made according to customer requirement, and optimize the whole production to max extent to achieve continuity and stability of the production. By HMI , User can save ,collect and print the process date of wet high speed mixing granulator and fluidizing dryer . All the equipments are controlled by one control cabinet.User can set parameters to each equipment and monitor all the equipments by this control cabinet .Also all of the parameter can be set hierarchically and modified by the corresponding level with multilevel password. The control system's main menu can reflect the real-time working condition, data statistic. Through the fault diagnosis system, we can know the equipment’s fault and alarm record. This system makes the technological process full automation and ensures the process stability. The new production line fully displays the respective advantages of wet high speed mixing granulator and fluidizing dryer. At the same time, the wet mill and dry mill is matched to the system to guarantee a high granulating rate. The new production line of capsule and tablet consists of vacuum feederand hopper lifting machine which made high automation to production line. These two devices will replace the traditional manual operation and save labor and reduce dust pollution. On the basis of the customers' requirement, we can set automatic cleaning nozzle in the different place of the production line of capsule and tablet as to ensure stable CIP system for the whole system.
