I.Introduction of WGJ2:
Product to be treated: Fruits & vegetables pulp/puree, liquid dairy products etc.With safety aseptic filling room, reliable sterilizing system and superior cleaning system.Maximum filling volume is 220L,including holder, filling head, pneumatic system, steam system, electrical system, operation table etc.

Filling head is used for aseptic filling. To begin with, pre-sterilize the filing head with steam. Then, keeping normal temperature and positive pressure to obtain aseptic filling room. Finally, aseptic filling.

Electric system controls a complete set of the equipment operating under scheduled program, which including programmable logic controller, electromagnetism or quality flow meter, arithmometer, temperature controlling meter etc.

2.Material requirements:
holder, clasp is SUS304; some parts touched with liquid adopts stainless steel.

Some material of pneumatic valve, seal ring etc touched with material should measure food sanitation standard.
