Exterior masonry txtured undercoat spray paint
Exterior Masonry Spray Paint is extremely tough, hard-wearing and exceptionally durable. It has the flat matt appearance and is designed for use on masonry surfaces.
Exterior Masonry Textured Paint has highly breathable, fungal and water resistant formula helps to combat damp in walls, and is resistant to peeling, cracking, chalking, blistering and colour fade for up to 15 years. It is unsuitable for use on highly alkaline or very porous surfaces.
Exterior Masonry Undercoat Paint suitable for dry exterior surface:rendering,roughcast,pebbledash,concrete,building blocks&facing bricks.

Construction Instructions
1. Application Equipment: brush, roller or by spray equipment;
2. Stir thoroughly before using. Do not shake.
3. Paint Coverage:12-14㎡/Kg/one coat(30 microns ).Paint consumption varies according to the surface condition of application and proportion of dilution.
4. Dilution: must not exceed 20% by using clean water. If using non-gas spray, no more than 10%.
5. General Surface Preparation: Brick Effect Paint Surface must be clean and dry. Remove all loose and peeling paint, dirt, grease and any other surface, moisture <10%, pH<10. To repair holes, pits, hollow bases, To filling in the uneven base and ensure it smooth and firm.
6.Application Condition: The temperature at 5-35℃, relative moisture greater < 85%; C840 Textured Exterior Masonry Paint to prevent excessive drying in summer and prohibit baking in winter, closing windows in sand-dust weather.
7. Full/Curing Time(30microns at 25-30℃) :Surface Dry: 30min ; Hard Dry: 60min; Recoating: interval at least 2h
Note: Cleanout: Clean all the tools with water timely when stopping paint or completing the coating process.
